These beans are heavily inspired by aglio e olio (spaghetti with garlic and olive oil), but they quickly became so so different. In this, swap the pasta for beans, and add a ton of greens!
The flavors build delicately in this recipe, and the whole thing comes together in no time. I love how lemony, garlicky and savory the full meal gets – it makes a pretty stellar bean dish.
