Matcha Cookies
Vibrantly green, melty and soft on the inside with perfectly crunchy edges. I think these are the best cookie in the newsletter yet.
There are lots of matcha cookies out there, but there aren’t a lot of matcha cookies that really hit all the notes I want. Thankfully, these do. Easy and fast, big and flat but perfectly soft. And of course, dotted with huge chunks of white chocolate.
These ones are quick ones, nothing fancy, just cookies you’ll want to eat straight from the tray.
