Three Cheese Ramp Biscuits

These are everything you could ever want in a biscuit: flaky, buttery layers with savory ramps tucked throughout, crisp edges, rich and tender. I meannn, come on.

The layers are practically guaranteed with these biscuits, seeing as we’re using three cheeses and some aromatic ramps (or scallions!) to make them. All together this recipe is flaky and buttery, with a soft and tender interior due to the goat cheese – which is my new favorite biscuit technique.

Prep Time: 30 minutes

Chill Time: 30 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Equipment

  • 1 chef’s knife

  • 1 box grater

  • 1 half sheet pan

  • 1 large bowl

  • 1 whisk

  • 1 bench scraper

  • 1 rolling pin

Ingredients

  • 20 (3 oz) ramps, or scallions
