Tofu nuggets are back!

Plus rice salad, salmon, and the coffee cake muffins I won't stop talking about

It’s been a busy week in the Snacks Universe which, while incredibly fulfilling, makes me feel like I haven’t shown up on social a lot! And I know, you guys are the best and wouldn’t care if I did or didn’t post another story of my dog again, but I can’t help but wonder how big of a part of the job is sharing the personal vs. sharing just the recipe?

It’s the weird part of straddling the line of Utility Influencer (I provide a service) and being among Lifestyle Influencers (who provide content). I always wonder where sharing my life/thoughts/unhinged captions fits in. I guess the end goal is to be Martha Stewart, who doesn’t post any stories but will occasionally post herself driving a tractor and it breaks the internet. 10/10 content. I’ll add it to my vision board.

But while I ponder what to put on stories today (it will probably be bagels), we had a banger week of recipes. Let’s get into it!
