Now, a few FAQs:

If I already entered to receive the first pre-order bonus PDF, am I automatically entered for this? No, you will have to re-enter, since this is a separate bonus (just to keep me organized…and legally compliant!).
I am outside of the U.S., am I eligible? Unfortunately, this is only for U.S. residents (again, for legal reasons!)
I bought a book tour ticket, do I have to buy another book? Of course not! If you have purchased a book in any way (indie, book tour, Barnes & Noble sale, anywhere!) you can enter to win.
Can I choose my Staub color? The color Staub has gifted is dark blue to match the book, but I promise, it looks more like a cobalt blue and it is CUTE.
