Za'atar Pasta
This is my most popular vegan pasta, probably because it's doable in under 15 minutes and layered with easy summer flavor.
While the ingredient list for this is minimal, I think that’s what makes it such a crowd-pleaser. Don’t skimp on the za’atar, since that’s your main flavor builder, but the cherry tomatoes and olive oil will give a decent amount of flavor, too.
If you want to make this creamy, consider adding 1/2 cup of cashew cream to the tomatoes right before the pasta goes in - it’s insane.
