So excited for this! Will it be available internationally? And also, will it be a little bit like a memoir? I love the storytelling in your videos so I am curious about how that will show up in the book!

Are any of your current recipes going to be in the cookbook or are all of the recipes new?

Will it be focused on techniques, ingredients, pairings, etc?

What percent is on appetizers/snacks, entrees, sides, desserts, etc?
