Omg I love this. And I agree - cooking should be FUN! Too often I think people overcomplicate cooking because of the obscurity of ingredients OR the overwhelming number of them in general.
I like the idea of sort of "revamping" snacks and side dishes to be just as exciting as the meal itself rather than a boring little something to have on the side of your plate, you know? So fun - give me ALLLL the snacks! Lol
