My family does Parents’ Day, a combined Mothers/Fathers day to help with scheduling, & we had it last night. I made this salmon & the whole family was licking their plates & spooning dregs of sauce from the cast iron. 🤌🏼Mom immediately asked for the recipe.☺️So so good!!

Ahhhh this makes me so happy! I'm always worried people will get nervous cooking with tomato paste on their cast iron, but this recipe always turns out so well. I'm so thrilled you made it!!

Is the creamy lemon pepper pasta with squash blossoms being refurbished! I’m having a look for some squash blossoms as usually they start to come out this time of year and that was the recipe I wanted to make! No rush since I’ve not yet found them, but I’m super excited to make that recipe since I love lemon + pasta + summer
