Hi!! I wanted to lyk that not only would an audio newsletter be cute, but if you were interested in starting a podcast, I would listen religiously. Love your voice and everything you have to say!!

When I was working as a pastry cook/chef in restaurants, all of the recipes were tweaks off of ones found on the internet, from books or from a collective inventory of recipes in the community. Even when I went to pastry school, the recipes I received were basically just a collection passed down to my instructor from other pastry chefs. Kinda cool how old recipes evolve overtime. And mad props for doing the math! I always felt way too lazy to go there. Much more of an intuitive baker but tbh it's so helpful to actually know what's going on!
