No time for niceties today, I owe you some strong, vulnerable food content. I posted a video today where the potatoes were decidedly, honestly, underdone, and I feel like this is the safest space to admit it.

Current popular vegetarian protein sources can be hard to come by/expensive where I am (tempeh, tofu, fake meats), do you have any recipes/suggestions for meals that highlight other protein sources to give some variation from the classic beans thrown into stews/stir fries/curries?
