Justine! What do you think of garlic scapes as a ramp alternative? My local grocer started carrying a couple from different farms in my area and I've been very eagerly eyeing them :)

Oooo okay I like to treat scapes like asparagus! They tend to be a bit too ~thick~ to use the way I use ramps. But just roasted with a bit of olive oil, lemon zest and anchovy? Divine.

I’m literally on my way to get some ramps - I usually roast some chicken with ramps and make butter, but I’m kinda into the oil idea
